Aims and Objects
1. To propagate the thoughts, philosophy and technique of art of living envisaged Saint Khapti Maharaj. This may
include publishing books, arranging meetings and conventions and by using audio-video media internationally.
2. Enroll the members and patrons worldwide and guide them in the philosophical thoughts of Khapti Maharaj and also
in their real life difficulties and tensions by keeping correspondence with them by phone, email or other modern means. An
international service center for the members and patrons shall be opened for this purpose. This center will publish weekly
bulletin for general information, publish the feed-back from other members, the news on the progress of humanitarian
work undertaken by Sugway, the memories of Khapti Maharaj and experience of other members etc. like a weekly news letter.
3. Build / open the temples / halls when and where ever possible to facilitate members to gather, discuss, learn
and arrange the programs and functions. The purpose will be
to spread message and knowledge of Khapti Maharaj.
4. To raise funds by way of selling Baba's books and other useful material for members to meet the expenses of the
Society. To adopt other means of funds raising if any, with the consent of the Sugway Trust Executives.
5. Enroll interested and eligible ( Have fully understood and are convinced about the philosophy of
Saint Khapti Maharaj) members who would like to deliver lectures in the meetings of Sugway on honorary basis. and also
those who will be able to conduct classes/ lectures for teaching the thoughts of Baba .
6. Take up the humanitarian projects worldwide. The first priority shall be food to the poor and needy people.
The second priority shall be the education to poor children and vocational training to the youngsters from backward regions,
especially women.. The third one shall be opening of free hospitals. To run different projects / courses / trainings
for self sustaining employment to the rural / backward unemployed people.These humanitarian works shall be taken up in the
different parts of the world considering the immediate need, and not only in India.

Q. What benefits I shall get if I become a member of "SUGWAY"?
R.:Absolutely No material benefits.
"Sugway" is an association of the intellective people who have started
understanding the hypocrisy and uncertainty of destiny and illusionary nature of the world and have started
thinking about power that controls the material, properties and functions in the universe, usually believed to
be God. Most of the intelligent people believe in the existence of God , but deep in their mind doubt whether their
prayers really reaches to God.. Many other intelligent people are atheist and do not believe the God at all. None is
wrong. But one has the shaky belief and other is proud of ignorance.
"Sugway" give to both kind of brave people
a right path of thinking sans emotions.
Sugway is a way that is cent per cent compatible to
modern science. "Sugway" do not pour new knowledge in to your head, It invokes your original.
Sugway
"Sugway" is the Trust Body formed by Aniljee. The Great Saint Khapti Maharaj, had instructed and reminded Aniljee
number of times to form the trust committee and preside over it. Baba wanted him to look after his affairs after samadhi
and propagate his teachings. He also desired that humanitarian work be done by the committee. "Sugway" has been
formed to honor the last orders given to Aniljee by Baba.

A Aniljee is the founder of "Sugway". He was advised expressly by Saint Khapti Maharaj to look after
his affairs after his death. (10November 2003)
B Full form of "Sugway" is Society for Understanding God
Within and Around You. The name itself suggests about the philosophy of Baba.
C The Society has been constituted
and is under the process of registration with the Charity Commissioner.
D The present office is established
at Mumbai in India. (See details in contact)
E As on to day, four projects are considered
as priority by Sugway:
I Publication of Books and information material about Khapti
Maharaj and Sugway in many languages.
II Construction of temple or Hall with the statue of
Khapti Maharaj first at Mumbai.
III Construction of Visitors House at Bagapur, the
place of birth of Baba. (No building or convenience is there for lodging-boarding, at present. Thousands
of people visit the place in a year.
IV Baba had told Aniljee to construct a no-profit
hospital near his birth place. Aniljee wants it to be constructed soon.

7. Invite an international convention once in every three years, national convention every two years and the regional
convention (state wise) every year. The purpose of these convention will be interactions and introductions of the worldwide
members and patrons.
8. “SUGWAY” as told by Khapti Maharaj, do not make differentiation on the basis of sex, age, caste,
creed, race, religion, color, region or nation. Any human being can be member or patron of Sugway. “SUGWAY”
shall not be interested and get involved in any kind of disputes, differences and differences of opinion etc. and under any
conditions shall be a neutral body for any purpose.
9. The sole purpose of “SUGWAY” is spiritual advancement of the members by adopting the directives and
policies given by Saint Khapti Maharaj. All other organizational matters and activities of any kind are absolutely secondary.
10. The functioning of Sugway shall be totally democratic and the suggestions / recommendations
/ from all the individual members/patrons shall be respected by the local and level governing bodies of SUGWAY. However,
for the sake of discipline and to ensure that "SUGWAY" do not deviate from the path of teachings of Khapti Baba,
the decision, directive and consent given by Aniljee, who has been appointed Khapti Maharaj himself, shall
be absolutely final to the words and spirit.
11. The 10th November (Samadhi day of Baba) of every year shall be observed as "All
Saints Day" by "SUGWAY". On this day every member and patron of "SUGWAY" shall invite Khapti Baba
for the dinner by making a prayer or request in the mind or loudly in his own language and style , and shall offer to Baba
any vegetarian food in eating plate in only small quantity / spoon full. Pouring few drops of water round the
offer-plate on the platform or floor shall mean the dinner is offered. 'SUGWAY " believes that Baba would be attending the
function and accepting the offered meals and shall bless the member and his family. THIS offering is optional and "SUGWAY"
shall not insist on it. It will be matter of individual sentiments.
Different kinds of programs for members shall be arranged by SUGWAY on 10th November, and shall be informed to members
/ patrons / well wishers.
12. "SUGWAY" is not interested in comparing the ideology, philosophy, usefulness of "SUGWAY" with other religions,
sects, thoughts, teachings etc. and shall not allow any such attempts of comparison, partiality, criticism of others, abusing
or defaming others by any body in the literature, media,fronts, forums and on the stages of "SUGWAY"..
"SUGWAY" believes that all sciences, religions, sects, thoughts go in the direction of self realization and therefore
"SUGWAY"
respects all human beings and their respective faiths.

F Patrons' help for the above projects. shall be of great value. Patrons, if they so desire
can write about their specific purpose of donations. Patrons can take up as donor, one of the above project s or any humanitarian
project of his/their choice by suggestion. G Patrons should trust "Sugway" in every
respect as it is controlled at present by Aniljee..No powers of collection of funds have been given to anybody by Aniljee. H
Sole intention of Aniljee and the reason for formation of Sugway is to make people aware of the philosophy and art of
living advised by Saint Khapti Maharaj. In the opinion of Sugway this knowledge shall help the people their mental stress.
If anybody advances in this study, he/she will be heading towards self realization. There can not be any other hidden intention
in this sacred mission. I "Sugway" is friend, philosopher and guide to all those who need
it. Any other matter is of second importance for "Sugway". J At the proper time with
the consent of Aniljee the responsibilities shall be decentralized and a responsible person (lady or gentleman) shall be nominated
for each geographical region or the country.
